Terms and Conditions
Welcome to King Cane Corso USA. These Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines and responsibilities associated with browsing our website, communicating with us, reserving a Cane Corso puppy, and completing a puppy placement. By using our website or proceeding with a puppy reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. About Our Puppies
King Cane Corso USA is committed to raising Cane Corso puppies in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. We prioritize responsible breeding, appropriate care, early socialization, and the overall well-being of our dogs and puppies.
Puppy availability, appearance, size, markings, temperament, and other characteristics may vary. While we provide information based on what is known about each puppy and its parents, certain traits can change as a puppy matures.
2. Puppy Reservations
A puppy may be reserved only after the required reservation process has been completed and any applicable reservation payment has been received and confirmed.
A reservation does not automatically guarantee a specific future size, appearance, temperament, or other developmental characteristic. Puppies are living animals, and their development cannot be predicted with absolute certainty.
We reserve the right to determine whether a particular puppy placement is appropriate based on the puppy’s needs and the prospective family’s ability to provide responsible care.
3. Payments
All puppy prices, reservation requirements, and applicable fees will be communicated before a transaction is completed.
Any payment made toward a puppy should be made only through payment methods approved and provided by King Cane Corso USA.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, payments made to reserve a puppy may be subject to our cancellation and refund policies.
4. Health and Veterinary Care
We make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate care and veterinary attention for our puppies. Puppies receive age-appropriate care based on their individual stage of development.
Prospective owners should review all available health information and veterinary records before completing a puppy placement.
Because no breeder can guarantee that an animal will never develop an illness or inherited condition, prospective owners are encouraged to establish a relationship with a qualified veterinarian and schedule a veterinary examination after bringing their puppy home.
Any specific health guarantee or veterinary-related commitment will be governed by the written health agreement provided with the puppy, if applicable.
5. New Owner Responsibilities
Purchasing or adopting a Cane Corso is a long-term responsibility. New owners are expected to provide:
Appropriate nutrition and fresh drinking water
Regular veterinary care
Safe and suitable housing
Appropriate exercise and mental stimulation
Positive training and continued socialization
Proper identification and local licensing where required
A safe and loving environment
Responsible supervision and handling
Cane Corsos are a large, powerful, intelligent breed and require owners who understand their training, exercise, socialization, and care requirements.
6. Veterinary Examination After Placement
We recommend that every new owner arrange an examination with a licensed veterinarian shortly after bringing their puppy home.
The new owner is responsible for continuing the puppy’s vaccination schedule, parasite prevention, nutrition, veterinary care, and other age-appropriate healthcare requirements.
7. Transportation and Delivery
If transportation or delivery is arranged, the applicable transportation terms, fees, scheduling, and requirements will be communicated before the puppy’s journey begins.
Travel arrangements may be affected by weather, transportation availability, airline or carrier policies, health considerations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Pickup
For puppies collected in person, the purchaser is responsible for arriving at the agreed time and providing appropriate transportation and equipment for safely transporting the puppy.
Identification or other information may be requested when completing a puppy placement.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the transaction and any written agreement between King Cane Corso USA and the purchaser.
If a purchaser cancels a reservation, fails to complete the agreed transaction, or does not meet the requirements for puppy placement, any applicable refund will be determined according to the terms communicated at the time of reservation.
We recommend that purchasers review all reservation terms carefully before submitting payment.
10. Right to Refuse or Cancel a Placement
King Cane Corso USA reserves the right to decline or cancel a puppy placement when we reasonably believe that the proposed home may not be suitable for the puppy or that the requirements for responsible ownership have not been met.
Our priority is the welfare and long-term well-being of the puppy.
11. No Guarantee of Future Characteristics
While we strive to provide accurate information about each puppy, we cannot guarantee exact adult weight, height, appearance, markings, temperament, behavior, or other characteristics.
Genetics, nutrition, environment, training, socialization, exercise, and other factors can influence a dog’s development.
12. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, puppy availability, photographs, descriptions, prices, policies, and other website information may change without prior notice.
Photographs are intended to provide a general representation of individual puppies and may not reflect their exact appearance at a later stage of development.
13. Responsible Ownership
By purchasing or reserving a Cane Corso puppy, you acknowledge that ownership is a long-term commitment.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, licensing requirements, housing restrictions, and animal-control requirements relating to Cane Corso ownership.
14. Rehoming or Return
If circumstances arise in which you can no longer properly care for a Cane Corso purchased from us, we encourage you to contact King Cane Corso USA before making arrangements to surrender or rehome the dog.
Any return or rehoming arrangement will be considered individually and may be subject to applicable written agreements.
A puppy or adult dog should never be abandoned or transferred to an unsuitable home.
15. Website Use
All content appearing on the King Cane Corso USA website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other materials, is intended for informational and business purposes.
Visitors may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use our website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, King Cane Corso USA is not responsible for circumstances arising after a puppy has been placed in its new home, including injuries, illnesses, behavioral issues, training outcomes, or changes resulting from environmental factors, improper care, inadequate supervision, or failure to follow veterinary and responsible ownership recommendations.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
17. Privacy and Personal Information
Information provided during inquiries, reservations, or puppy placements should be handled in accordance with our privacy practices. We use information provided by prospective families for legitimate communication, transaction processing, puppy placement, and related customer-support purposes.
Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the handling of personal information.
18. Changes to These Terms
King Cane Corso USA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will become effective when published on this website unless otherwise stated.
We encourage visitors and prospective puppy owners to review the terms periodically.
